DME was built by two people who have spent their careers on opposite sides of the same problem — one inside HR teams watching integration fail, one designing the learning systems that make it work. Together, they built something neither could have built alone.

Jillian Ferry
Founder + Chief Executive Officer

Jillian Ferry has spent 16+ years building the people systems that determine whether organizations keep their best talent or lose them. She has led onboarding redesigns, built performance frameworks, and developed leaders across higher education, healthcare, and behavioral health. Today, she runs DME while consulting at the enterprise level through Korn Ferry, bringing both startup precision and Fortune-caliber strategy to every engagement. A member of the NACE Workforce Development Programs Task Force and featured panelist in their Women in Leadership series, she is as committed to elevating the profession as she is to transforming how organizations integrate their people.

Dr. Anh Lee, Ed.D
Founder + Chief Education Officer

Dr. Anh Lee has spent 20+ years designing learning that sticks — from high school classrooms in Texas’s third-largest school district to Fortune 500 boardrooms across oil and energy, healthcare technology, SaaS, and government. As Chief Education Officer, she is the architect of the DME methodology, grounded in her doctoral research on preparing early-career professionals for sustainable careers. She holds an Ed.D. in Ethical Leadership from the University of St. Thomas, an M.S. from the University of Houston, and a B.S. from Texas Tech. She started as a teacher, was named Teacher of the Year by the Texas Council for Social Studies, and never really stopped — she just kept expanding the room.
